Hire burly dude . Kidding. I don’t like electric but I don’t like Titan even more. Get hannay whichever way you go.

Agree.

Electric suck.

Titan electic reels definitely give me more issues than the Hannay reels do . The hannay reels are much sturdier. This is important because if they get out of alignment the chain will pop off. Then your screwed. The guides really help if your not pulling the hose off straight. They don’t do anything for winding the hose in though.

So three different contractors in different locations agreeing on some things, disagreeing on others, still respectful to each. What is the common denominator in all of this? My winsome smile and boyish charm. Carry on.

How can you reline the chains?

4 Allen screws and slide the sprocket on the motor until it aligns. When I was lifting one of mine up to the top rack I bumped the motor and knocked it out of alignment. Hannay is definitely heavy :scream:

I’ll look at Hannay. I’m not sold on why they want 7+ hundred bucks for what seems like a simple tool. On the other hand I’m not looking forward to wrestling 6000 psi without it. Maybe I’ll just get 1 and one cranker.
I’m lookin at them like almost 800 and the thing has PVC parts huh?

Don’t get one with pvc.

Once they get some age on them those screws aren’t just coming loose.

Mine are only about 8 months old. Like I said I bumped it pretty good lifting it chest high with 200 feet of spray hose by myself 3 times to get it mounted.

I have a template of cardboard for the hannays so I can lay it down and mark holes. Saves a lot of lifting and marking

If I do this again I bet I will.

Sometimes the drum bends like a flat tire on a bike. You have to bend them back it’s a PITA
