Efflorescence on this building?

Have a meeting with a local company next week to speak with them about doing efflorence removal on brick all over their building. Ive heard good things about f9 but have not had to deal with much efflorescence locally so i wanted to ask some of my fellow cleaning contractors. What type of efflorescence remover do you recommend? How would you recommend applying? Would you price is as washing all brick or just removing spots? Appreciate all the help in advance!

Make sure to set low expectations as it will resurface. Take into account the cost of materials plus what you expect to make an hour.

They recommend to wet the surface so the brick absorbs the water and the chemical stays on the surface; however, I’ve had better luck applying to dry surface and gets a better sizzling effect. Scrub with a hard brittle broom and let it dwell for about 5 mins. Keep applying and don’t let it dry. Use the green tip to remove. In most cases, you’re looking for significant improvement…unless you media blast.

Educate the customer on what efflorescence is…good luck! I don’t do it anymore…too much work and expenses for sub par results.
