Curious of how to price efflorescence removal. All by using f9 efflo with some areas multiple coats. Pictures to follow

Also did rust removal then hit the section of concrete with one restore. 16 sq ft

That’s some odd looking efflo… We normally charge the same as everything else except account for the more expensive chems. We normally try to average $200/hr, so for efflo it’ll be 200/hr plus chem cost which is normally an additional $20-$30 (thats just for us because we normally just do small isolated areas like the one you showed, obviously you’ll have to adjust for larger areas). So if the efflo job is going to take about 30 minutes I’ll end up charging $120-$130 for the efflo removal. Since we’ve done a few, now I know how long it’ll take us just by looking at them. The first ones we did sometimes I underestimated and didn’t hit my target numbers but for me that’s just part of the learning process.
