Does anyone have advice on pricing out the cleaning of a dumpster pad and dumpster at a restaurant? He has two locations. This customer is shaping up to be a revolving commercial account. Also what would you suggest for the cleaning product?
Welcome to the forum,
I might as well be the one to say this, do a quick search on dumpster pads, this topic has been covered before,
now that we got that out of the way,
what are you working with, do you have hot water? Gpm, Psi? Surface Cleaner?
For chemical I would suggest EBC, Others as well as myself have good results with this, hot water, and surface cleaner.

I have had good luck with EBC and hot water. The only problem I have is getting the really caked on grease removed

Get a good caustic de greaser and any heat above 180. Degrees I know Russ from Southside equipment sells a drum kit of really good degreaser. I have also heard great things about ebc.
any think nasty grease, just peel it off like gum.

I usually price mine at least .20 per square foot, or $65/hour when I have to use hot water.
