Running 8gpm udor w Honda engine, tried two new injectors and not working , all same kind as previously used and I checked all the hose , filter . Nothing seems wrong . Everything seems to be running fine but can it be the unloader ? Not pulling any chem
it always could be the unloader… they go bad from time to time.
But you never said what was the issue. Not putting out pressure? Not drawing chems? Relevant info…

Yes exactly not pulling any chem
K7 unloader I believe now 3-4 years old . Washer works and sounds fine just not getting chem. rig has been sitting for about 3 weeks also
Take a paper clip or similar and poke on the ball. It may be stuck.

I use one of the small orange screw drivers that comes with Stihl chainsaws to allow you to fine tune the carburetor - I had to grind it down ever so slightly at the tip, but it fits in the barb perfectly to depress the sticky ball/spring. When I get fed up with doing that, I simply just unscrew the barb and install a new spring and ball instead of replacing the whole injector setup.
But be warned…depending on your system you may get sprayed in the face if your system is running. Sometime you have to learn things the hard way, other times you can learn from others that have already experienced those lessons

Open the downstream injector. Pop out the spring and ball. Put it back in. Should be good to go. Mine gets stuck all the time.
i wonder if a very light coat of the bleach resistant grease would be a good idea for those injectorball?
I’ve come across a number of people online that say they squirt a shot of WD40 in it when they are done. Some each use. Some at the end of the day.
