OK so I’m scouring through mountains of forums and yetbi haven’t found my answer. Can I down stream with bobs fat boy 7gpm?

From what I understand, it would work, but you would need to find a low pressure injector so it would pull correctly. Also if your down streaming and rinsing with that pump its a lot harder on it as apposed to gas pressure washer.

It wont work. The downstream process requires high pressure to create the sucking effect that draws from the tank. The high pressure will shut off the electric pump.
Why do you want to downstream anyway, with the pump you can adjust the mix anyway you want it?

From my experience with the bandit that’d cost you a fortune in relays, fuses and battery charging. I run that system very profitably for roof cleaning and i’ve also run the bandit to clean pvc fences where i have no water supply. I can’t imagine using the system for house washing. I’m pretty certain the fatboy does not have the right duty cycle for that task either.

You might be able to upstream inject if you are just trying to avoid mixing your detergent in a bulk tank. Or simply draw from two tanks…one detergent, one water. This has been done successfully with aod pumps, which operate at very low pressures like a fatboy.
Could I use my down stream injector pre pump since the 12v pulls?

Lets start here. What are your trying to accomplish? That way the more experienced guys can help you out.
For the 12v just premix in the tank and boom your good to go.
Dont upstream, it goes through the pump and wrecks it. Downstream is your and your pumps friend.
