Are you knocking on doors and trying to speak with the homeowner or just hanging them and going on to the next
Just hang it and go.
The way this doorhanger is designed it’s trying to accomplish 2 things:

Let the homeowners around know their neighbor already hired you. Also known as social proof.

If they have a good relationship with the neighbor you washed their house or whatever they’ll ask either now or in the future when they need the a similar service.
If you knocked your customer’s socks off and do what you should be doing anyway, your customers will be an incredible sales force.
If I try to tell someone how great we are or someone they’ve known for years tells them there’s a big difference.
