I have a door hanger here that I am looking for C&C on.
Whom has had success with Door Hangers and the like?
A usual return on even a normal campaign is 1%. Has anyone seen the 2%-10% return? if so, what was the CTA or what was the verbiage?
Any words of advice are appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Just a blue box for me. I get up to 20% in some neighborhoods and 0% in others. I find that just playing around and tracking results helps a ton. Surprisingly thick stock flyers worked better in lower income areas - while door hangers work fine in high income areas for me. I end up spending more money to do quick banger houses (which I really enjoy doing because you can do 8 a day).
