Do most pressure washing companies seal concrete after using a surface cleaner

I use three products. Deep Seal, Top Seal, and Petrawood.

I get it from USEnvirosolutions.com

They have contractor pricing if you ask about it.
The website needs a huge overhaul which I keep telling them.

Greg, the owner, is super friendly and easy to work with.
I always call my orders in.

Look at SEK Surebond’s SB 4000 sealer. It’s a penetrating sealer, water based goes on easy and has a salt blocker in it. Since it’s penetrating you don’t have to add traction, it never has to be stripped and doesn’t change the color of the concrete. It fades over time and you reapply it. Stupid easy money, no special equipment required, back roll the low spots and to keep it from puddling.

Bidding 1st stamped job & customer wants it sealed. Do you have a rough average of time based on square foot? I prefer to price by the foot. Our house wash is dawn with bleach & we use hot water. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

You really don’t want to use Dawn for house washes. It can cause issues such as disturbing the oxidation. You should look into ordering a professional surfactant. Hot water is unnecessary for house washing and some even advise against it.

It doesn’t take long to seal a driveway. You’re just spraying the sealer using a pump up, 12v pump, or airless sprayer. It helps to use a roller to use on any areas where sealer might’ve puddled up. Some will even use a roller to cut in the edges before spraying the rest.

Don’t use dawn hot water for a house wash. You got 1 out of 3 ingredients correct though for your house wash mix !

Elemonator
Apple wash
Slo-mo
Cling-on.

Those are the soaps you want to use

Cold water on houses, save the heat for flat work

I go with marinegrunt & DJPWS regarding Dawn and hot water for a house but I will admit to using a warm water setting on a cold day in the spring/fall. Sealing: go with the coverage on the product, you can spray a gallon in about 15-20 minutes. Smooth or stamped concrete is pretty tight so don’t over apply.
