Yeah , new hose every other month and rebuild guns all the time. Stainless, porcelain,kryptonite. It doesn’t matter

Now, now, it’s just a serious random set of unfortunate and odd circumstances, there’s a very logical explanation for it all.
I’ve been using these guns for 6 or 7 years now they both still work perfectly. They get tons of chem through them most days. I couldn’t kill them if I tried. 13.2 gpm so they dong effect the injector at all.

To OP, I would open it up and clean it up… Maybe it has some dried on SH inside
I always run clean water tru all my tools after use, When chems sit inside it takes a toll on them quickly

How hard is the water ? I have scaled up a gun in less than 4 hours to the point of weeping ?
Who did y’all order from. The bad steel the Sutner got about 5 years should be all of the shelves by now unless you ordered from someone that had a lot of inventory. Most just drop ship from Barons or the actual manufacturer.
I got mine from Dultmeier. Purchased it June of last year and it failed in January or February.
Pressure tek
Dultmier has not won my confidence yet. @squidskc turned me on to them but I’m losing an injector every 2 or 3 days it seems. Pressure Tek drops ships so unless they have another bad batch of steel I don’t know what the deal is.
Pressure Tek. I’m not complaining, I run acids,caustic soaps through my DS,hose’s and guns on a daily. It’s all part of my biz.
Is there any warranty on them? Only about 10 hours on the gun.

I believe that one was from Xterior there in garner. It could have been from pressure tek.
If it was from xterior.it could have been on the shelf 10 years
Suttner took back about 10 of mine when they had the problem. Also got about 4 unloaders free but had to switch over to spring less unloaders for a year until they got their mess straightened out
