Hey Everyone!
Im about a month in and wanted to see if i could bug y’all for some advice. I am quoting a 12k sqft fast food restaurant in Denver. Its 12k sqft of flat work, mostly a drive through and the walkway in front of the restaurant along with a smaller dumpster pad, bi-weekly. There are a few heavily soiled areas where cars stop to order and pick up their food, nothing too bad.
I’ve got the equipment to do it. I run an 8pgm with hot water and they water I can plug into. I figure it’ll take me 4-5 hours.
What would you quote on this? My first though was .10/sqft plus cost of chemicals.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
