Just curious 5 gallon soap tank dedicated plumbed to proportioner. I also hook up to proportioner to Downstream so I can adjust my soap with my proportioner. Curious as to what everybody is using as far as a mixture in their tank as far as soap, what kind?, how much water or anything else that would go in the soap tank mix. Not a so-called batch mix as the sh would be in a separate tank plumbed also
Uh, I’m 98% sure that most folks running a proportioner are just putting straight soap in the soap tank and adjusting the draw of soap with the proportioner. If folks are diluting their soap why bother having the proportioning system? You’re just one more chemical from batch mixing at that point.

Yeah i thought so.I have been mixing 4 gallons of a product called envirosafe to one gallon lemon dancer soap.wanted to try something different. Thought of trying gain but seems pretty thick.
I forget what we buy, but it’s super-concentrated if I recall…we mix it up in an IBC tote at the beginning of the season, and that goes into the soap tank. IIRC we put 8 buckets into the tote and filled with water from there. Do whatever works for you, and dial it in as needed.
