I know you guys are using F18 in this thread, but I’m still new to wood so my question is should I neutralize with F18 after cleaning with regular SH house wash? Or is that just if you use a stripping agent?

F18 is not for neutralizing, F8 from Bob at Pressure Tek is a neutralizer, Brightener:)
