I can’t find much info on decks, maybe I’m searching the wrong keywords. I have a buddy who has a driveway and deck that he wants to both clean & seal/stain. See pics:
My sq2 was 2000.
What would you guys charge for cleaning and staining this deck?
What SH strength should I aim for? Should I just use pressure and be careful? Finally, assuming my materials are $55/gallon oil based semi transparent stain what would you charge for something like this? Do you charge by sq2 or by eyeballing?
I’m new to creating an estimate for deck staining obviously. Thanks for your help guys.

I charge buddies double, middle of cleaning anything always comes out a bit of furniture or other things that buddies throw in while the machines running lol.
