Deciding brand/logo

I’m new to pressure washing and have only done my parents and some relatives and friends driveway and I have been trying to decide on a brand name and logo. I like the top one because of the name, it’s what i want my business to represent, precision cleaning not just using a pressure washer but also gutter cleaning and roof blow outs. The second one I am on the fence about, I saw a video of a 18yr kid who has a functioning business down in Florida called “wizard wash” and I like that he has a character because in his flyers they are detailed and use the wizard aspect on them if yk what i mean. They are obv not the final products so dont hate on them.

Just my observations and opinions…

Many companies, local to me, use alliteration in their names… “Perfect Pressure Wash,” “Preferred Power Wash,” and “Precision Power Washing” are three that come to mind and they all use blue logos with their acronyms. Several customers have told me they used P.P.W. in the past but can’t remember which one, showing that these names blend together and aren’t very memorable. Your area might be different, but it’s important to choose a name that stands out.

“Precision Property Cleaning” is broad enough for future service expansions, but it might still blend in with other companies. A distinctive name like “Sudsy’s Property Cleaning” could be more memorable, even if it doesn’t immediately indicate all your services. Including your town or service area in the name can boost your SEO and make it easier for customers to find you, though it’s worth researching this further, as it can have mixed results.

For logos, generic designs with a house and pressure wand often get lost among competitors. Cartoonish characters or mascots can be memorable, but many come off as childish or unprofessional. The key is to find a logo design that is unique, polished, and professional.

It’s tricky, my official name is DC Brock Window Cleaning, LLC but when I started pressure washing in 2018 customers had no idea I did that. After a lot of thought I switched to DC Brock Exterior Cleaning (DBA).

I’m now regretting that because my regular WC customers think I just clean the outside and business has dropped off substantially.

Just name it DC Brock Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning

And screen repair😆

I would say bulk of revenue comes from pressure washing and window cleaning….concentrate on those two.
