Is it able to record if the vehicle isn’t running?

Is the app pretty user friendly?

I dont have the app. Just sd.
I think it has mition sensor, noise and bump

I have had a dash cam since around 2010, I currently have a $99 one with GPS similar to the rexing but with out the rear camera. I love dash cams and I will always have one in my vehicle.

I can leave mine on when parked in questionable areas.

Can you wire any of these to ignition hot to they turn on and off with the car?

I think you can wire them both ways. Only on with vehicle. Or you can make it so that if there’s motion, even without the vehicle running, it records it. It’s different wiring though.

And people were recommending this if you want to be able to record when the vehicle isn’t running.

Just drop it ofc at best buy and they take care of it for free if you have the black tie service

A service u pay once a year for discount on comouter parts and free installations and protection.
If ur tablet breaks or ur kid steps on it u get a new one.
I got it cause of my kids and because of college. That way my kid could walk into any BB and get a replacement or upgrade.
It also includes free installation on car equipment

Mine mounts on the rear view mirror and replaces it since my rear window is blocked anyways, so it’s nice to be able to see what’s behind at all times, it records front and back, rear camera doesn’t work that well at night… too much glare from headlights, I wired it to my reverse lights and becomes a back up camera with the guides when I put the truck in reverse. My f250s cigarette sockets are always on even if the truck is off so I can leave it plugged in while I’m out and about and once I get home Ill unplug it because it’ll drain the battery if the trucks sitting for a couple days. Couldn’t been happier with it, always recording in a loop, so far it helped me catch a coworker who tried to prank me by throwing a bra over my side mirror lol

But seriously get one, it’ll pay for itself in case of an accident
