Looking for the best software they make, have seen customer factor but it looks old.
Thinking about getting all the pieces to do a van mounted laptop for efficiency, can receive a call hands free while driving, pull off and plug in info otherwise get to a safe spot, answer voicemails and plug in info.
Can run a hotspot off my cellphone.
The best software in my opinion is Service Titan, but it does NOT come cheap. It’s an all-in-one; does CRM, dispatching, invoicing, payments, tracks your fleet’s GPS (and sends alerts for maintenance), the phone system is routed through it and automatically pulls up the client’s entire work history with you. The calls are recorded and searchable. It sends automated service emails to your addressbook so you can put people on an annual or bi-annual plan. Heck it even integrates GreenSky and other payment plans. It’s the best of the best. Typically geared towards companies with at least 4 techs, but they have plans for solo operators as well. Again, very much not cheap
I have Markate and honestly i coulnd’t work with out it. I love it. Great customer support. ive sent them a Facebook message at like 11pm and they’ve responded that night. Makes a big difference
Not sure why you would need a van mounted laptop in this business. I run my whole business during work hours with an iPhone 10 XS Max with a decent sized iCloud does everything, find a system thats cellphone compatible and you’ll never look back, whole office in your pocket.
