Customer Factor E-mail Problem

Any E-mails sent from Customer Factor to my customers with AOL or Comcast.net (NJ Cable /Internet company e-mails) goes directly to their spam box. Customer Factor said that AOL and Comcast.net won’t accept attachments from CF but that is wrong also. They send all e-mails from CF with attachments or not to their spam folder. Some of my customers said it was flat rejected and didn’t got to spam. I’ve been in contact with their customer service but their answer is to send my e-mails from the Gmail which I have been doing. Does anyone using any other CFM have a similar problem or is it just CF. Have you Markate guys experienced this? They are blaming AOL and Comcast.

I have not experienced this in particular but I have had some of my estimates/invoices from Markate go to spam with Uhaul and another local business. Some didn’t go through at all. But it was only these two customers that I ever had a problem with. Not a whole isp.
