drive way would be another $375
I would be in the $450-$490 range minimum, especially with that balcony 
However, I would probably throw in the driveway for free in order to “get my foot in the door” of the neighborhood.
Same here fully washed even if im packed up and pulling out already. If i see a small spot missed. Ill turn around and get it.

I’ve done that quite a few times. Getting better about spotting stuff while washing but final walk through are a must before reeling a hose up.

Especially for high gutters and wasps nests. Hoping him messages me monday. Its “the original shooter tip” on facebook right? Im still learning how to use it. Last social media website i had was MySpace and im 26. Ive always thought it was a waste of time and a distraction. Now facebook isnt bad. PWRA is a distraction:joy:

Lol, yea that’s it. It’s all what you make it but you’re right about it. 90% of the time people are on it could be doing more productive things. At least spending time on this forum you’re gaming some insight about a current or not yet seen problem you may face one day. Everything in moderation. On that note, I think my read time is up for the day.

$425-$450 in my neck of the woods.
I do include gutter whitening.
F-13 works so good and so easy and I think Its one of the things that make customers really like me and refer me. When working with a helper which I use 3 days a week I also brush all the windows just to do it. While He’s spraying water, instead of me just standing there I’m always doing something “extra”.

It worked too. Just received and paid the invoice for the shooter tip. It usually takes a day or two.
What is your process for 2nd story and hard to access gutters? I would love to start including the gutters but haven’t come up with an easy way to apply and rinse as a solo operation.
