Has anyone converted the soap dispensing function on a Karcher HW skid to be able to downstream?(Take hose going to pump and just put on ds injector)Wondering if this could be used as an adjustable ds.
Thanks

If you put an injector on the hose going into the pump, that’s upstream. Can’t you just put a downstream injector between your pump outlet and your hp hose connection?
Why would you want to do this you will ruin your pump if you inject chemical though it.
Hi @Firefighter4hire this is what I am trying to avoid.I could just put a ds injector where @Steve has indicated but I was asking if I could run that line through the soap proportioner (if that what it is called) but not have it go through the pump or would it be just as easy to put a ds where it would normally go.
Thanks for the replies
Post some pictures of y po or equipment I’m not familiar with the brand. But the long and short is that the ds injector goes after the pump. You then plug the chem line into the pickup on the ds and you should be fine
Thanks @Firefighter4hire.Right now it is in the shop as I purchased it used and took it to a Karcher dealer to inspect and get running as I bought used and could not work on it (as it has been -15 to -30 below here, thats Celsius) and wanted someone who works on these to look at it. I should be back next week.
Thanks
That’s what…65f?
I kid, sounds brisk.
My Mercedes has the water temp gauge in Celsius, it drive me nuts.
