Finally got my enclosed trailer, but haven’t figured out what liner to use. Raptor seems popular, also Herculiner. My wife is leaning toward Line-X but holy crow is that expensive.
What has worked best for you all?

I’ve always considered raptor liner, but never used it yet. Some liners get oxidation and the black transfers, and some get really hard. Which is what steered me to raptor, but again haven’t seen anyone trailer with it on to testify.
I’ve seen raptor liner recently at oreilleys autoparts.
Ive honestly been pretty happy with the truck bedliner from harbor frieght for the price. It comes in a paint can so I rolled 2 coats on the floor only for my 7×14 v-nose and almost used 2 cans. It’s held up great for general foot traffic and stuff. I’m pretty particular about keeping the bleach off the floor but one time my downstream bucket tipped over while I was driving and it didnt seem to affect it any. The only thing it really really doesnt like is a solvent like gasoline. I think some of the other liners are decent with gas but as soon as gas hits this stuff it turns to mush but that’s only a problem when I overfill like an idiot
I just got a quote from Line-X, they’re on a backlog due to chemical shortage and priced it at $975.
If that is OSB replace it with marine plywood and just plan on replacing the flooring every couple of years. I wouldn;t seal it with anything.
Can’t get marine plywood, everything is sold out. Guess I could just put another vinyl flooring layer down like I did with the other trailer.
Just get some G floor. It’s basically a heavy duty plastic mat very chemical resistant easy to clean
I agree, i just add a layer of plywood on top every year and deck no-slip paint.
Huh, comes in 5x10 roll too. Does it have to be glued down?
If you do vinyl, get a heat gun and use it to make a tray with the sheet. you know, like cut too big so the one piece goes up the walls, like a hospital does their vinyl.
I used Raptor liner in my enclosed trailer. It’s awesome. It’s held up great to SH, leaking gas on it all season (don’t ask) and abuse from buckets, hoses and other crap. I did 2 coats. I highly recommend it.
I painted the walls with latex outdoor paint too. I only went up the walls to the top of the 4" trim piece with the liner. It was more than enough.
My enclosed has raptor liner. Easy to apply and has been holding up fine
Do not use the Herculiner
I second that. I put 2 coats of Raptor liner on my truck bed and skid and it’s holding up great to even fresh 12% spilling on it from the vented cap on the tank. @dcbrock For $975 you could do the all the walls too.
Only bad spot I have is where my hose ends wack the edge floor of the side entry door when I reel them in. I frequently wash out my floor with my wand or ball valve. It’s makes for easy cleaning.
I used the rust oleum 2 part epoxy bedliner on my truck bed, very happy with it so far
You can glue it yes
Look into polyurethane floor coating, your local garage epoxy supply place should have something. Super happy with it, rolled it on myself
