Concrete Walls

Have an opportunity to bid a commercial job. A lot of the project is surface cleaning very dirty concrete but also some areas of concrete walls along with a few other things. My questions:

On the walls, would a heavy mix ds or from my 12v and rinse clean it up or will I need any pressure? Some of the walls are 15’-20’ tall. Would love to just soap, dwell and rinse.

Do you typically increase the sf price for concrete this dirty or is dirty dirty no matter what? There’s not tons of gum or and tire marks etc, just hasn’t been cleaned in ages. I know I would need to pre and post and I would most likely rent a hot water unit to help speed up the process.

Thanks!!

You may be able to get walls cleaned ds straight sh with some surfactant, but I know hitting with your 12V at about 2.5-3% will. I wouldn’t worry about renting hw unit for that concrete unless there are a lot of grease /or oil stains somewhere. Just clean it and post treat.
