I have hit this 4 to 5 percent SH and it has come about 80 percent cleaner but you can still see where the streaks where. What should I do to get the rest of? It’s kind of a concrete/ stucco surface. Dwell time was about 15 minutes between 3 coats.
if it just that spot? or all around?
and what surfactant are you using?
Usually I use elemonator but ran out and had to sub in some gain.
I’ve found that sometimes there will always be a light shadow left that I cannot remove. When bidding on a stucco or eifs job I always be sure to mention that there may be a light shadow remaining.
Probably BARC according to the cookbook.
Could be oxydized paint runoff.
I’ve seen similar stains or shadows on stucco house that had bad stains under window sills. I’ve had a few i couldn’t get perfect even with 12%SH.
I’ve dealt with these types of streaks before, and i either had to rinse and reapply, or straight mix from pump up worked. thankfully no issue yet.
I’ve only ran into streaks under older aluminum frame windows a couple times. Most houses I do are newer and vinyl. Aluminum brightener from a pump-up, minute or two dwell, then brush it and it came off each time. Just letting the acid sit there didn’t do much, I needed to brush it, but it came right off.
