This is at my brother’s place. Has anyone ever seen stains on concrete like this? The only time I’ve seen them is when it’s cold or the concrete is wet, when it’s hot they aren’t noticable. I’m assuming it’s caused from when they poured, they may have covered it with an orange tarp, don’t think poly would cause it. Do you think SH will get rid of it or some other chemical?

If those are from the pour and, it looks like they are, no chemical is going to get rid of them. A lot of times they use wet burlap to help during the curing process. If the marks bother him you might look into staining the concrete with a similar color of stain or resurfacing the cocnrete.
