Concrete Cleaning

Whatever you say, Hillary… I think that should be your new name, Hillary…

So let us get off this drama.

That was weak man. Come on, you can do better than that.

Your a jerk. Good to see PWC FB group just banned you for life now because of your constant lying. I pretty much fixed all your damaged you caused to those contractors you lied to so they would buy expensive equipment that they’ll never use. So now go away & climb back into your little hole before you find yourself banned here as well.

So it’s time again that I start looking at Write off’s…

I usually start off small, then work my way up as the year winds down…

So this year, I took one of my trucks in to get some of the door dings and chips out. The costs to do this ran up to just over $4,100 for the one truck.

I then had the body shop take the bed off and clean the underside as well. I also am having them do a clay wax on the truck, thus removing any wax build up. A good write off to start, to say the least.

Now the truck is a 2012 Long Horn Dually Ram Cummins. I originally paid about 75/76k for it and I want to keep this one especially nice, since I do take clients out in it from time to time.

The Ram Long Horn 4x4 is the one I drive the most. It has 29,344 miles on it and the truck is almost 5 years old.

I also purchased one of the Professional Washing Networks benefit packages which included a Ram Manufactures Warranty directly from RAM TRUCKS to extend it to 8 years and 100,000 miles for all my trucks. PWN members got 30-40% discount on the service maintenance plan from Ram Trucks. My dealership that I bought the trucks from said it was below their costs and could not match it.

Our smaller single cab dually Ram Cummins 4x4 has 8,328 miles on it and is mainly a work truck, though I do sometimes take clients in that one as well. I also bought another maintenance plan for all of our trucks with a $50 deductible. Again, a great write off for those who needs it because their income is elevated
Again, these trucks are mainly used for pulling our trailers or taking clients out to dinner.

.

So you can ban me and then later makeup something saying its because I am lying ?

Are you wanting Drama also on this BBS Tim instead of stopping it as I am doing ?

The facts I posted here are correct Tim.

I do have a contract from outside the State of California at 34 cents which other contractors bid as low as 5 cents a foot from a REP.

This proves my point to you, John T and others on how John sells is not always the best way. Working in a Wal-Mart Business plan of high volume and low pay is not always the best choice and it is certainly not my way.

Jim your a psycho who seriously needs help & I feel bad for ya. Before the PWNA threw you out for life we all felt bad that you had to share a room with someone because of your financial situation. I told you not to become a Board of Director there because its expensive and is way out of your league. They shit canned you soon after you demanded they pay all your expenses. First volunteer I ever knew who was fired.
Also Tims a moderator here & is well respected. He can be humorous at times but he’s never been known to lie unlike yourself who can’t ever seem to be able to tell the truth.

Go away little man before your banned at one of the last Industry sites that still let’s you post

I don’t wear makeup.

Great Glad to hear that…I think?

Guys, slow down…I only have 1 phone LOL

leave your name and phone number.

I promise i will get back with everyone.

Belly laugh, you give me.

I took all my pennies in to have them buffed and polished. It costs about 8 bucks per penny but it is a tax write off and well worth it. I charge $34654.89 per house wash so it is no big deal.

You do so as well …LOL

oops, another call.

I thought everyone had to use their real name on these forums, Tim ?

Rob Huffman of C & S Property Services posting as Innocentbystander is funny, though.

This is America man, you can be whatever you want to be.

Robb Huffman. That is funny.
