Concrete and Stucco - What Chemicals to Use?

Hey guys! I wanted to reach out and get some feedback on what everyone is using for Driveway Pre and Post Treat as well as Pre or Post Treat for Stucco homes?

For washing a Stucco home, is it best to Pressure Wash or Soft Wash? If Soft Wash is best, what chemicals do you like for Pre or Post Treat?

Thanks everyone for any tips, it’s much appreciated! We have been reading up on a bunch of great information this site has to offer.

I use my 12 volt to apply 3-4% sh mix on stucco and concrete. Use the 8 gpm pressure washer to rinse using low pressure tips, higher pressure with surface cleaner.I don’t post treat.

Like Kentucky 1234 said, use a 3-4% sh mix. Had success with just reapplying two or three times. No pressure needed.
