I hear a lot of about guys post treating concrete with SH after surface cleaning. I thought oxalic acid was the way to post treat. Can the more experienced chime in on pros/cons of each method?
The only time I post treat with oxalic is if I am working on some form of rust staining, otherwise sh.

No, never heard of that for post treating unless like @CHogue mentioned you’re doing rust removal.
Normal post treat is always SH.
Oxalic is an acid, SH a strong alkaline. It’s mainly used to neutralize the SH on limestone or wood.
I’m still a novice with the whole chem thing so the others can elaborate.
