Completed Trailer (for now)

Hey all, just wanted input on my build. It is no fancy 8gpm setup yet, but my little 4gpm pressure Pro has been a decent money maker this far. I would like to upgrade in the near future. WW 16", Hannay Hose Reel, Titan Hose Reel

Just finished plumbing my tank the other day and tested everything out. So far good. Had to pull the plug on the other side of the pump intake to get it primed but seems to be flowing fine now. Just a 65gal tank, plumbing kit from pressure washer products (with the exception of the added ball valve at the bulkhead and filter at the tank intake). I just need to create a vent hole In the tank, hence why the cap is off in the pictures.

I plan to upgrade the tires for safety. I don’t plan on ever hauling water though.

Definitely will be buying an actual skid frame, as when I bought my unit I didn’t know how soon I would purchase the trailer and wanted to be mobile.

Huge thanks to @TexasPressureWashing for all his help!

I’m ready to hear the constructive criticism

For sure, thanks!

I like it!

Just don’t like the 90 elbow coming out the tank, why didn’t you stick with the flexible hose?

Honestly, probably lack of thinking it through completely. I dry fitted it up with the 90 thinking it looked clean and stuck with it, without consulting knowledgeable people like I should have lol. @Chesebro

Following for tips on my own build but that looks pretty sweet from this FNG’s perspective. Nice job

Since you don’t haul water, how’s the balance with the reels and machine on the one side? Looking to set up similar and wondering about balancing out

Appreciate it, Thanks!

So full disclosure I’m not a truck and trailer guru like most guys on here, I could very well have the balancing done incorrectly.

However, I haven’t noticed anything odd while driving it. That black box has quite a bit of gallon jugs of chemicals giving it a bunch of weight, which may be helping balance it out. I’m not sure.

I’ll be looking forward to being educated on it though if I am in the wrong.

What is holding the machine to the trailer

Bolts through the brackets, then the vibration pucks or whatever you want to call em and through the trailer decking with nylon lock nuts
