Hello everyone! My name is Frank, I have been in the commercial pressure washing business for three years and I’ve been enjoying it. I am considering expanding to soft washing homes. I have attached a picture of my current pressure washer set up. My goal is to have one set up that can do both pressure wash and soft wash. What would I need as far as equipment? Any help would be appreciated.
Will you be cleaning mostly vinyl or stucco/dryvit? All you need is a downstream injector for washing vinyl. If you plan on washing stucco/dryvit and roofs you’ll need a 12v pump or a booster pump. Click this link to research those options. (The search bar on here is out of order right now and will bring you to the window cleaning forum…)

A few of these along with quick connects and some low pressure tips (anywhere from size 40 to 70 orifice, depending on how many gpm your machine is) are all you really need to wash most homes.
Down the road, you’ll probably want to get an xjet and/or 12v system for applying higher concentrations when required
First and foremost thank you for your response. I’m going to look into what you recommenced. Where do you guys purchase your bleach solution?
Pool stores, chemical companies, local hardware stores. Try to get 12.5% (chlorine)
