Competitor Screw Up, or What?

I would say to homeowner that i would try to lighten it as much as possible, and if not satisfied, no payment required, and then only treat it with your mix. Its got to lighten some, or a bit. You will save face with your contractor guy and homeowner will appreciate you doing what you can. And if it works its a win win. Your call on taking a payment.

you can see the lines running across the drive in this pic also, a bit less pronounces but there never the less . I agree with the test a corner and see what happens

It looks like pictures I have seen of magnesium in the cement, when the other guy cleaned it he exposed it. I doubt there is anything you can do about it. It comes up a lot in the F9 FB group.

100% the guy who washed it used too much pressure and took off the top layer of the “cream coating”.

Any experience washer can observe newer poured concrete instantly.

They should also know that surface cleaning it is a huge no, no.

At most, all that driveway needed was a couple coats of housewash.

You have to know the limits.

But all most care about these days are “upselling” everything.
