We started scheduling “company days” A couple times a year just to show our appreciation for our employees and build the team morale. Did a half day of washing today then took the guys out mountain biking and then back to my place for a barbecue. Had a great time with the guys and they really appreciated it. We’re starting to grow as a company, right now its me and my brother and 3 window/pressure washing techs. Looking to add one more pretty soon as we get busy for the last couple months of the year.
Having a great team in place with good spirit is key so we want to do what we can to show our appreciation once in awhile!
