Okay, I have a customer who is swearing the product I’ve been selling for 15 years that has never done anything bad before, has now turned the vinyl siding yellow.
What are the common reasons vinyl siding turns yellow in certain spots?

Probably the bleach, not your surfactant. It will react with some white vinyl that has poor UV inhibitors. Acid will re-whiten. OneRestore should do the trick.
How do you apply onerestore? Spray? with cloth?
Pump or 12v sprayer would probably be best. Brush or cloth could disturb oxidation and create more work.
Dwell time, rinse?
