Commercial Building 15000 sq. ft

Apologies accepted. Now just post what you cleaned it with in your test, how much you are charging and your location so in the future someone searching can learn from this.

Thomas,
You’ve only created 4 topics on here in a year and they have all been pricing related. But just come out and say what you bid and if it’s in the ballpark of what we would charge in our location if you want to know. You do always supply good pics which helps.

$5500 for the entire building in South Georgia and North Florida area.

What chemicals did you use and how well did they work.

If you can just soft wash the whole thing with good results that’s a good price it think. I wouldn’t of been half that

You’ll make out like a bandit at that. That’s probably less than a $2000 job here.

@Sharpe and I just went last week to a split face building with similar stains. Test spots were hit with a 50/50 mix.

Did you guys end up doing the job? Looks like a 50/50 didn’t touch the stain to much?

I thought it came out pretty good for just rinsing with a pump sprayer

It’s only a test spot we haven’t got the job yet.

Naa just wanted to see what a pump up would do to one of the nastier stains

Same here…

This was only as a test and I will share the post cleaning pics when I am done. We have not gotten the final approval yet.

I used with 12.5% SH @ 60% SH and 40% water 1 ounce Elemonator. I added that to a 3 gal. pump up sprayer, which is a slightly hotter than my regular house wash mix. I use a surfactant of industrial grade called ZNT formulated by Hotsy excellent product BTW.

I didn’t get any pictures but my dwell time was 15 minutes without pressure.

60/40 is slightly higher then your normal house wash mix?

Holy smokes…how many plants a year do you kill?

Or do you upsell that…I’ll clean your house and kill yo plants

It’s all in your interpretation of slightly. That creates a range. The sarcasm and negative under tones are just too much.

Just let what works for you, work for you. Please share positive input. Everyone is here to either learn share or support the industry. Must everything be so negative and condescending?

Unbelievable

Brother in law might be a landscaper . Only happy positive thoughts are allowed or I may have to pull my stress card
