Is there any type of regular maintenance needed on this unit?
Asked where it was installed & was told only when it blows I will know and will need seals and don’t know what else.
New? change @ 100 hrs,after that every 500 hrs. Unless you see a milky color.

Bro he no talky high pressure pump a P36 is one of those poly triple diaphragm AG pumps
I’d buy a new one and just swap them out when the first one fails and THEN piddle around getting it rebuilt. I think they are priced around what you can get the engine for.

Buy another pump ASAP, keep it on hand as a backup, when your original pump fails trade them out, rebuild your original when you have the time and then keep that one as your backup while you’re running the new one.

I guess I’ll buy it when it happens. Not really as busy to have a $1200 pump laying around. Is it that costly and time consuming to rebuild?
