I’ve purchased the same pants this year. As Alex said, they do get wet but they dry extremely fast. They don’t seem to hold up to sh as well as my 65% poly/35% ripstop cotton with teflon coating but they’re close enough to where I’ve ordered about 5 pairs of the Propper pants.
I wonder if we could spray on out own Teflon or water resistant coating? It might help with the sh stains too. Although, when they do stain I’m usually using a strong sh. I’ll look into the coatings and try and remember to post a follow up.
