65-70% on new estimates and 95% on referrals. It’s been unreal busy this year….
It’s actually more like 60% the numbers are skewed because of commercial… Usually commercial is real cheap around here and it messes with the numbers… I only close 1 out of 5 commercial bids. Dont care too much for them
I can firmly verify Angi(es List) is a waste of time. I reply to a ‘lead’, they ask for a bid, I drive out there and after spending all that time they call some other local company and go with them because they knock off $25.
I’ve never done a pay per lead thing like that but no way would I drive out to one of those estimates. I don’t normally anyways but since generally they’re just looking for the lowest price and being the quickest I definitely wouldnt
