Cleaning trex deck, bleach alternative needed

My client does not want any bleach on her house or deck. She is very sensitive and has serious health concerns about bleach. The Trex decking is very dirty. I told her I would come up with an alternative and see what I could do to get it looking good. Any advice/ suggestions would be appreciated.

Sodium Percarbonate would be my next cleaning agent. But, the results may not be perfect. Even with bleach, results are limited with composite decking.

Here is how Trex recommends you clean their product.

The affected area should be sprayed off with a hose to remove surface debris. Use warm, soapy water and a soft bristle brush to remove dirt and debris from the embossing pattern.

Tannin Due to Debris
Remove all debris from deck using a hose or broom. Once the deck surface is dry, apply a “deck brightener” to the deck as directed by the manufacturer. Deck brighteners contain Oxalic acid which will remove tannins.
