Cleaning smoked damaged concrete

Ok guys I’ve cleaned concrete with my surface cleaner and works great I got a call to go look at a warehouse that was caught on fire…the concrete is smoked damaged any recommendations on cleaner to put down or just do it like a regular dri

I have done that sort of thing once before and we use hyrdocloric acid , sprayed it on left for 15 min and than used the surface cleaner and come up great.
