I manage a home on the ocean and rust is a problem.
The home is finished with a tinted concrete so I am not sure what product I can use to remove rust spots and not change the color of the wall.
Any recommendations?

that was my first thought, those screws dont look stainless either, makes for good repeat business i suppose
