Cleaning red dirt/ clay off exterior painted brick

Can someone please tell me what they use to clean red dirt off exterior painted brick

Hey man, welcome to the forum. Great to see you asking questions and all. A feature I’ve found helpful on this forum is the ability to search for similar topics already on here.
For example I typed in red clay in the search bar and many different threads came up talking about the subject. One I would probably suggest reading would be:

It may be a good idea to post pictures of what you’re trying to remove so others with experience can help you if they choose.

I’ve not been able to get pics yet. They just called me and asked if I could get it off. It’s a newly built house which they’ve painted the brick white. I’m assuming during construction and before the yard had grass rain caused the red dirt to slash up on the lower part of the brick closest to ground level. I’m just not sure what can be used without compromising the paint.

He just gave you directions on how to find the answers you seek.

I’ve looked but not finding what I’m looking for.

That is literally impossible. If you search red clay, as @jwils said, you get several threads that mention ways to remove red clay stains. Heck, one of those ways is literally in the thread that he quoted for you.

Hey man, read through the thread a little more. The original poster posts near the end of the thread techniques he uses to remove staining from a painted garage door without negatively impacting it

Thank you Jwils

No worries man. Hopefully others with experience will comment on this thread
