How would you guys suggest cleaning red clay stains off a “newish” deck that had a sealer rolled on prior to the clay stains ?
No easy way to do that. Going to be a PITA. Just some good old pressure washing there. Tell them they may need to re-seal when you’re done. Throw a little soap on there to maybe help loosen up and go to it. Try to keep pressure under 1500 if you can.
You don’t think one restore would help here? Curious mainly.
Probably be faster to sand it away, mechanically of course.
I had that same issue on a new construction house/deck. I did what @racer said…just good ’ pressure and patience. It took about 95% of the stains out. The builder was happy but the homeowner wasn’t. They ended up staining it for the buyer.
