thank you bret…focus is primary residential but flexible commercially…if it is not to much can you give me the break down of those you have listed and possible uses…can they be run through a pressure washing machine or a chemical machine…thank you in advance

ELEMONATOR IS A LIQUID HOUSE WASH AND MULTIPURPOSE CLEANER THAT NOT ONLY IS BLEACH STABLE BUT ALSO BOOSTS THE ALKALINITY OF BLEACH. IT HAS GREAT FOAMING AND RINSING PROPERTIES AND THE STRONG LEMON SCENT DOES A GREAT JOB OF MASKING THE SMELL OF BLEACH. A LITTLE OF ELEMONATOR GOES A LONG WAY, 1 OZ PER GALLON WHEN USED IN DOWNSTREAMING IS ALL YOU NEED.

Use F-8 to neutralize & brighten wood after the use of alkaline based strippers & cleaners. It can also be used to remove mild rust stains from concrete, vinyl siding and others surfaces caused by irrigation. F-8 is sold in 10 lb packages.

F-10 is a percarbonate wood cleaner that safely cleans wood to remove UV damaged wood fibers and restore wood to is natural color. Depending on water hardness, soiling & application method (downstreaming, direct application. Use F-10 at dilutions of between 4 to 8 oz per gallon. Handy 2lb plastic containers with screw top lids packed 5 per box.

The black streaks in gutters are in the oxidation layer of the paint. F-13 removes the oxidation and in turn removing the streaks and unlike butyl-based products that when diluted with water lose their strength rapidly, F-13 is effective at dilution ratios of 50-1. F-13 can be used safely at dilution ratios as low as 5-1. 20-1 dilution normally removes the oxidation with light agitation, making F-13 very economical to use.

All of these chemicals are found on Pressure Teks Website.

If you have any questions about these feel free to contact me and I will tell you what I know.

Also 12.5 % sh is sodium hypochlorite, store bought bleach at sams club and walmart usually contain 8.25 % sh. So the 12.5 is a lot stronger. Never seem it sold in stores, usually have to go through chemical place. Hope this helps.

Bleach, Gutter Grenade, and some type of soap (Simple Cherry or the like) are all essential.

SH 12.5%, most common place to find it is a swimming pool store. It is used as a sanitizer for swimming pools. Comes in 1 Gallon Containers and Large Blue 5 Gallon Containers.

Agree on chemical places. If pool supply stores don’t use liquid chlorine in your area, then you will have to look for chemical distributors like Univar/Brenttag/ and sometimes major commercial janitorial supply companies

So SH is liquid chlorine?

Sent from my iPhone using Pressure Washing Resource

This is what I use. I get it from a local pool supplies store. $5 a gallon.

There must be a cheaper option. But that’s the best I could find so far.

As a business, you can get approved to buy from the pool store supplier (like SCP) and they sell me 4 gallons for $10
