Ceramic Tile Help (Pics included)

Hey guys I started my first cleaning and I’m having trouble getting these stains off, which I think is oxidation?).

I tried using the generic Home Depot mold and mildew remover and I’m thinking it’s not strong enough. Do you think a 12% SH mix would take this off? Also, I did 2 treatments letting it sit for 15 mins each.

Running the dewalt 3.5gpm 3800 psi with the dewalt surface cleaner.

Any input/ advice is appreciated thanks.

The only stains I can see on that busy tile, look like mud stains in the corner area. If that’s what you’re talking about will need some acid to remove, something like One Restore or F9.
