Washed a double wide this evening that had skirting made of some sort of cement board it seemed like. It dried super quick, I couldn’t keep it wet no matter how much water or HW mix I put on there- it would appear dry within just a moment or two.
I was able to get most of the organic matter off with multiple applications of 5% and light pressure from the wand. There were areas with holes in the skirting where I could tell something had poked through previously and I wasn’t wanting to put too much pressure on there to make any more. Note the photo with the access hole and you can see the thickness of this stuff. I wasn’t really happy with how it came out and was just wondering if anyone had experience and/or guidance on this stuff if I come across it again in the future?
