Cellosolve + Sodium hydroxide

Little confused to be honest, restoring a fence with several prior mystery layers of different stain applications and hopefully someone can confirm - Can I combine Sodium hydroxide with Butyl Cellosolve (CAS No: 111-76-2) in the same mix?

I don’t know. Someone here should know, I would guess. If not, you can ask these guys: Triple Oxide Strip - Deck Stripper Concentrate with Butyl – Triple Wide Restoration Products

I guessing that product is what you are referring to, but no way for me to know for sure… :+1:
