Question, can’t tell from the photo but what’s the pitch? Accessibility and pitch are a big factor in how we price cedar shingles.

I’m not an authority on Cedar Shake but I’ve done a few. If you can rent a lift or figure out someway to safely walk it, I’m of the opinion you will get the best result with a heavy coat of sodium percarb and a power rinse (at 500-800psi). You can brighten with oxalic/citric blend if you want. Otherwise two or three coats with 2.5% SH, and very little soap (about 1/4 what you normally do for an asphalt roof). LOTS of dwell time, and you might be able to rinse of the lichen with a garden hose. Sometimes algae is more stubborn. You want to finish of with at a minimum PM for Bleach or Bleach Wash to neutralize the SH from breaking down the wood, even better would be to oil it as a final step. I’d guess $.75/ft2 to soft wash, or $1.25/ft2 to power rinse, plus oil if they want it.
