Local butcher shop does a ton of business but best deal there is they cut the tails off their tenderloins that they get like $30/lb for and package them up and sell for $20/lb. Can cut with your fork. I use for kabobs or my version of beef stir fry. This is after I cut the chunks in half so only have to cook about 3-4 min total to get medium rare. This the meat from a 1.1 lb package.

I need that in my life right about now. We’ve been so busy the last two days we’ve had to eat fast food. That looks amazing. Even the salad looks amazing
