CAN you PW Mildew under a house?

I got a call man has it under his house. I looked and it is a like darker blue no white places.
Can you put on a SH??

Tell me about this one
How to do it if its ok to do>
I know this will take a XPert to answer this one.
Tks

I would think it would take forever to dry out… maybe resulting in same issue over again?

If its under the house, if say who cares long as mildew/mold is killed*. Id say get a sprayer under there with a stronger mix and hit directly… i have done this on drywall/sheet rock with spray bottle if mold present… usually have a fan circulating air until it dries.

*im no expert

Maybe applying Mircoban directly would do it, pump up or spray bottle. Had it suggested for interior mold one time where you can’t spray a bunch of water.

Walk away - too much liability for the money unless that’s what you want to specialize in. There’s obviously moisture problems under there and unless you take care of those going to be right back soon.

OK TIME TO CONFESS, This is MY HOUSE i found I got water coming in from my footing… im now digging down and will rubber coat all around my footing… ROOTS have grown between got big and crack some brick… I got to looking and saw some mildew dark blue. Im going to sell this house in about a year its just one end of the house…

ROFLOL. Seriously, when you kind of get it fixed, put down some plastic sheeting as a vapor barrier. You spray it yourself, be sure to use PPE. Could be dangerous under the house. I’d do it right before leaving town for a couple of days and leave all your foundation vents open.

:joy:

Do what you have to do but you sould probably call a professional. My screen broke today so if I mistyped just forgive me

I would also find out why there is so much water right next to your house. Make sure your gutters are unclogged and the downspouts are run 6+ feet away from your house and the water is running away from your house. If you do not have gutters make sure the lawn or whatever landscaping is there is sloped so the water runs away from the house.
