Can this be powerwashed?

A lot of businesses in my city have the entrances like this. Do you think this can be powerwashed?
The video is about a hotel, the most important in the city.

That’s the most important hotel in the city? Wow.

Yeah, actually is where Barcelona fútbol club, Madrid etc… And most important people rent their rooms. It’s quite expensive too as you can imagine.

you could $99 the city and make a fortune. Being serious here.

What do you mean by $99 the city?? Dry, my English is very bad.

You can be very cheap and very busy.

I’m moving to Spain with a team of marketers and a soccer ball lol.

:joy::joy::joy: I will help you

Yeah, actually I think that if it can be powerwashed I can put my price point very high, some are stores like maximo dutty, Zara… Etc I mean, it’s not some casual stores but the most important in the most important street in one of the most important cities in Spain and no-one here does powerwashing so the market is free. Only thing is convincing them as no-one has done it before.

That amount of filth on a high end street shouldn’t need convincing, maybe they don’t know it can be cleaned. Go inside and talk to them, maybe they have been looking but no one can clean it.

100% don’t know, that is the thing. I thought it can be powerwashed, but after all I have only seen some videos and never touched a powerwasher so I was not sure. The most difficult will be getting first customer as I have never cleaned a house so they are not gonna trust me to clean one of the most important shops in the city.

This will be good money for you. Sodium (natrium) hypochlorite will kill that algae but you might need a degreaser since it’s the city center. Be careful with pressure if you’re unsure of the material. Use less first, then increase carefully if you need more. I use this:

Allows you to easily adjust the pressure. Put a 25 degree tip on there.

Thank you for the help, in first instance, as I do not own a power washer I had in mind using a kaercher hot water 4GPM with low pressure and 2 pre treatments with hypo and surfactant. I guess it will be enough but due to the state of the render I even don’t know if it is dirty or if just is the colour of the stone lol. I guess that when you get used to it you don’t even see that it is dirty.

If pressure washing isn’t really a thing there and, you have problems getting customers, find a small shop and offer the service for free. It’ll stick out like a sore thumb and you’ll have every business on the block calling.

I would also get my surface cleaner and just keep walking down the middle of the sidewalk on each side of the street and especially in front of that main hotel. :joy: They’d be able to see just how dirty their exterior is and will definitely hire you to clean the rest…lol. I’m kidding but it sure would be hilarious and fun. It might land you in the “calaboose” but at least @MuscleMyHustle and I can come over there and make millions cleaning up all the algae and mildew. Once you get out of prison we might even hire you to work with our newly formed pressure washing company if your parole officer requires you to have a job.

Sounds like a great idea @marinegrunt, we’d need him on a retainer until he’s capable of soliciting without arrest :joy:.

But to answer you question @PW.SP yes you can powerwash that. It will take you a while without a surface cleaner, but it’s worth the exposure with the amount of people that walk past and shops near by. Look at it as a good marketing move if you don’t make any money on it, you will have a great before and after, and you can tell people your future customers you’ve washed the most important hotel in the city.

You need to get your Spanish on point, I’ve got 3 words so far lol.

I’ve got enough to order a beer, get us into a fight, and maybe out of jail.
