I can’t help you if you don’t want to be helped. Forget about ratios. It doesn’t matter in the real world. I’ve made more x jets that I can remember. The proportioners were an afterthought for the inventor. You can message me if you like for info but I won’t communicate with you in public for awhile. It won’t benefit anyone and my insecurities get to me.

If your booze is 12.5 proof, how much water would you add to make it 1.25 proof? It’s the same concept, and one that you’ll definitely need to understand the math of, not just be told the correct #.
